DeDe has 11 years of experience in banking and 15 years in the mortgage industry. DeDe has been an instructor for over 10 years. She has taught the First-time home buyers classes, REALTOR® Rookie class and she is an approved instructor for the state of Montana with several other classes. Her knowledge of the lending industry is incredible.

John Parker grew up in Northwest Indiana and, after graduating high school, joined the U.S. Air Force, later serving in the Air Force Reserves. During his time in the military, he met his wife and best friend, Teresa. Together they have lived in Indiana, Europe, South Dakota, and now Montana — the state they proudly call home. While stationed in Germany, John earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Supervision from the University of Maryland, European Division. After returning stateside, John and Teresa were stationed in Rapid City, SD. It was there, John transitioned from government service into sales, beginning a 19-year career with a local company. He advanced through roles including Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, and Vice President of Training and Recruiting. Following that, John served as Director of Human Resources for a Montana-based company. These combined experiences — in sales leadership, human resources, and the military — shaped the dynamic leadership and sales training programs he now delivers to organizations across industries. In January 2020, John and his daughter, Jordan, launched People 1st with a mission to “change the world, one heart at a time.” John’s personal mission statement reflects his approach to life and work: “To serve, mentor, and inspire those around me with the purpose of influencing their development both professionally and personally. To glorify God by striving to be significant in someone’s life every day.”

Diane has been a Licensed Broker for 30 years. Dianes involvement in her local, state and national associations makes her a force of knowledge. Diane is a big supporter of the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS) and have been a speaker at CRS Sellabration, a national conference. Diane has been involved with the Missoula Community by serving on her local school board, BIG Brothers & Big Sisters, Grizzly Scholarship Association and many others. Her passion for this industry shines through in all that she does with her wealth of knowledge, experience and believes that giving back is the key to her success.

Terri has been a Licensed REALTOR® for 20 years. Terri has passion for forms, ethics and all things Real Estate. Terri has served on the state forms committee and Risk Managment for many years. Terri is a licensed instructor and has been instructing for many years. Terri loves this industry, and it shows in her teaching. Her mission is to educate agents so they can hold themselves to a higher standard.

Angela has been a Licensed REALTOR® for 20 years. Angela has a passion for forms, risk reduction, broker training and so much more. Angela has served in local leadership and has been involved with the Montana Association of REALTORS® more than a decade. She has served on Forms, Risk Management and Association Management. Angela has a mission to assist in educating REALTORS® so they can be the best in their industry.

Jaymie was born in Tarrytown, New York, but spent the majority of his childhood in Minnesota. He moved to Bozeman, Montana, in 1985 to attend Montana State University. Upon graduation, he moved to Denver, to work for Chatfield Dean investment bankers. He returned to Montana in 1992 to attend The University of Montana School of Law. Jaymie and his wife, Kristen, have three children and all are active outdoor enthusiasts, spending their summers and winters boating, camping, hiking, fishing, and skiing.

Jeff is the owner of Billings Best Properties LLC and NextHome Peaks to Prairie, where he provides comprehensive real estate services and property management with a focus on professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy. Since becoming a licensed Realtor in September 2020, Jeff has built a strong reputation for delivering results while guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process. A proud Navy veteran, Jeff brings discipline, dedication, and a service-first mindset to his work—qualities that uniquely position him to assist fellow veterans in achieving their homeownership goals. He specializes in helping veterans navigate the real estate process with confidence, including understanding VA loan benefits and opportunities. In addition to his client work, Jeff has demonstrated leadership within the industry, having served as both Chair and Vice Chair of RPAC and is currently the Treasurer for the Billings Association of Realtors.
